1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and WC 777 ("WC 777", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing the WC 777 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use WC 777. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use WC 777 you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a WC 777 employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from WC 777.

WC 777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by players who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be closed immediately. Any winnings in an ineligible account may be voided.

3. Account Registration

3.1 — One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one WC 777 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, WC 777 will close all but the first registered account and may void any bonuses or winnings across all associated accounts.

3.2 — Accurate Information

You must provide truthful and accurate information during WC 777 registration, including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. WC 777 may be unable to process withdrawals if your registered details do not match your payment method.

3.3 — Account Security

Your WC 777 username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact WC 777 support immediately at support@wc777.io. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account security settings.

3.4 — Identity Verification (KYC)

WC 777 may require identity verification at registration, before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, or at any point where the platform reasonably requires it. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

WC 777 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). WC 777 does not charge any fees on deposits. Your own bank or e-wallet provider may apply their standard transaction charges — this is outside WC 777's control.

4.2 — Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on WC 777 is Rs 500 for e-wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT. Daily maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section. WC 777 reserves the right to adjust these limits and will notify affected players in advance where possible.

4.3 — Funds Source

By depositing, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and have not been obtained through any illegal activity. WC 777 complies with anti-money laundering requirements and may request documentary evidence of funds source for deposits above certain amounts. Deposits suspected of originating from illegal sources will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated account closed.

4.4 — Failed or Unconfirmed Deposits

If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but does not appear in your WC 777 wallet within 10 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-initiate the same transaction until you have received confirmation from WC 777 support, to avoid duplicate charges.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 — Eligibility to Withdraw

To request a withdrawal from WC 777, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, passed identity verification, and have a confirmed, verified payment method registered to your account. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit as standard practice.

5.2 — Processing Times

WC 777 processes Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 10 minutes on average through an automated system that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within 20 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals complete within 24 hours on business days. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals complete within 1–3 business days.

5.3 — Withdrawal Fees

WC 777 does not charge any fee on withdrawals. The full amount you request is the amount sent to your payment account. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own standard charges on the receiving end — WC 777 has no control over third-party fees.

WC 777 may decline a withdrawal request where identity verification is outstanding, where the request fails security checks, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In all such cases, WC 777 support will contact the player with a clear explanation and the steps required to resolve the issue.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 — Placement and Confirmation

A bet on WC 777 is only valid once you have received a bet confirmation reference number. Bets are not valid where WC 777's system was experiencing technical difficulties at the time of placement — in such cases, bets will be voided and stakes returned. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received a confirmation before assuming your bet is live.

6.2 — Odds and Market Changes

Odds on WC 777 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of placement. In-play odds update with every ball in cricket and every event in other sports — WC 777 cannot guarantee any specific in-play odds for any length of time.

6.3 — Settlement of Bets

Bets on WC 777 are settled using official result data from the relevant governing body (PCB for Pakistan domestic cricket, ICC for international cricket, FIFA/UEFA for football, etc.). In the absence of official data, WC 777 uses widely recognised and verified secondary sources. Settlement disputes should be raised with WC 777 support within 72 hours of the event result.

6.4 — Abandoned and Void Events

If a sporting event is abandoned before reaching a result that can be settled under standard rules, WC 777 will void the relevant bets and return stakes. For cricket matches, if a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result is declared, match winner bets are settled on that result. Session, over, and player-specific markets not completed before abandonment are voided.

6.5 — Obvious Errors

WC 777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were posted in obvious error — for example, a decimal price of 0.10 where the correct market price is 1.85. WC 777 will communicate any such void to affected players and return their stakes. This clause is applied strictly and only in genuine error scenarios, not to avoid paying legitimately priced winning bets.

7. Cash Out

WC 777 offers a cash-out feature on selected markets allowing players to settle bets before an event concludes. The cash-out value is calculated in real time based on current market odds and may be higher or lower than your original stake depending on the position of your bet.

• Cash out is available on selected cricket, football and other markets — not all bets are eligible.
• WC 777 reserves the right to suspend cash-out functionality at any time, including during in-play events with fast-moving markets.
• Partial cash-out allows you to withdraw a portion of your potential winnings while keeping the remainder active at the original terms.
• Once a cash-out instruction is confirmed, it is final and the original bet is considered settled at the cashed-out value.
• Cash out is not available on bets placed with bonus funds until wagering requirements are met.

8. Promotions and Bonuses

8.1 — General Bonus Conditions

All promotions and bonuses offered by WC 777 are governed first by the specific terms of that individual promotion, and second by these general Terms where the specific terms are silent. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

8.2 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your WC 777 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in its individual terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

8.3 — Qualifying Bets for Wagering

8.4 — Bonus Abuse

WC 777 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (bonus hedging), or any behaviour indicating the primary purpose of account activity is to extract bonus value rather than genuine gaming. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at WC 777's reasonable discretion.

8.5 — Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free bets expire within the timeframe stated in each promotion's specific terms. Expired bonuses are removed from your WC 777 wallet without notice. Any wagering requirement progress associated with expired bonuses is also forfeited.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WC 777 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate poker games, crash games, or any other WC 777 game outcome.
• Match fixing or insider betting — placing bets based on non-public information about match outcomes, player injuries, or team selection, or participating in any arrangement to fix a sporting event.
• Automated betting software — using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with WC 777's platform without prior written authorisation.
• Exploiting software errors — deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or unintended system behaviour in WC 777's software. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Money laundering — using WC 777 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.
• Chargebacks — initiating an unjustified chargeback or reversal with your bank or payment provider after depositing. WC 777 will pursue recovery of all disputed amounts plus associated costs.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

WC 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time where:

• There is a breach of these Terms or the terms of any WC 777 promotion.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct listed under Section 9.
• A valid self-exclusion or third-party exclusion request has been received.
• WC 777 is required to do so by law or a regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where WC 777 initiates closure for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, verified funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting WC 777 support. Where self-exclusion is requested under responsible gaming provisions, the account will be closed immediately and re-opening requests during the exclusion period will be declined.

11. Limitation of Liability

WC 777 is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain service continuity, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect availability — we will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

WC 777 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device problems on the player's side.
• Delays in live data feeds affecting in-play market odds.
• Actions of third-party payment providers including delayed or failed transactions.
• Decisions made by sporting bodies that affect the settlement of bets, where those decisions are applied consistently with Section 6.3.

WC 777's maximum liability to any player in any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds currently held in that player's verified WC 777 account balance.

12. Responsible Gaming

WC 777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools in your account settings to help you manage your activity:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions apply immediately; increases take 24 hours to apply.
• Session Time Limits — receive notifications or automatic logouts after a set session duration.
• Self-Exclusion — close your account for a minimum period of 6 months. During exclusion, WC 777 will not send promotional communications and will decline re-opening requests.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net profit/loss.

13. Privacy and Data

WC 777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on WC 777, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

WC 777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a notification within the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of WC 777 after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept a change to the Terms, you must stop using WC 777 and may request account closure under Section 10. Any bets placed before the effective date of a Terms change are governed by the Terms in force at the time of placement.

15. Contact and Governing Language

These Terms are written in English and this English version governs all interpretations and disputes. Any translation provided for convenience does not create a separate or parallel agreement.
